Welcome to the wonderful world of the Drum Horse! The IDHA would like to welcome you to the only registry dedicated solely to the International Drum Horse.
The IDHA has members joining our Association from all over the world. We have had IDHA members in the following countries: The United States (43 States!), Canada, Australia, Czech Republic, Denmark, England, France, Germany, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Russia, and Scotland.
IDHA members have access to the Drum Horse studbook, and the Drum Beat newsletter, and eligible to enter the End of Year Awards Program, and the USDF All-Breed Awards Program. Members can also post classified ads on our website at no cost as well as receive discounted registration and transfer fees.
We invite you to join our membership, and become part of the IDHA community, fully behind developing this exciting Drum Horse breed, and look forward to watching the journeys you are taking with your Drum Horses.
Anyone over the legal age of 18 and who has a horse registered with the IDHA can apply for membership to the International Drum Horse Association IDHA).
Once you have submitted your application you will receive a membership number.
Membership Types:
a) Annual Membership – are renewed every year, on or before the anniversary date of their memberships.
b) Lifetime Memberships are available to all members if they so desire. Once a member has the designate of Lifetime, they will not be subject to renewal.
Categories of Memberships:
All memberships are either Annual or Lifetime
a) Individual memberships are designated to a single person.
b) Family memberships are designated to 2 or more adults living in the same household. Youth from this family may be granted their own Membership number, for free, as long as the Family Membership is maintained. Once the Youth turns 18 they will be sent a renewal notice based on the Annual Individual Membership rate.
c) Youth Memberships are for those members who are under that age of 18 and are listed under their parents or guardians’ membership. Youth members are not eligible to vote on IDHA business.
Membership Fees:
The Board will review the membership fees annually (payable in US funds) and make adjustment when necessary. The new fees will take effect at the beginning of the new fiscal year, January 1.

As a member of the IDHA you will be eligible to vote on changes to the association at the Annual General Meeting.
